Presently we consider the Python driver ready for integration, pending two 
known issues:
1.) UDT quoting as mentioned by Sylvain
2.) Aggregate initcond to be stored as CQL literal

Once these items are addressed we should have a clean integration test suite.

Latest is still on the driver branch
