This check is not exhaustive. Same granularities with differing timezones is one case where we would still see the error. Another could be where segments already exist with a granularity finer than an appending task's query granularity (even though the task spec specifies a segment granularity which is coarser) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
