@xiaoxiang781216 Fixed. The flash overflow on `stm32f334-disco:buckboost` was caused by the runtime 32-bit division arithmetic (`priv->baud`) and `up_udelay()` function call overhead inside the TC wait loop. I have optimized the loop across all affected STM32 serial drivers to use a simple, compact register polling counter (`timeout = 5000`), completely eliminating the division and delay call overhead.
