The `writeData` and `readData` methods within the `JobImmutableInformation`
object have now been compatible with historical scenarios. So in practice, this
is not a case where the outer `parameters.isStartWithSavePoint` carries valid
information but `jobImmutableInformation` does not. The coordinator is
intentionally using `JobImmutableInformation` as the source of truth, with
backward compatibility already handled in its serialization logic.
