Thanks @SEZ9. I agree with the evidence for the two failed fork jobs: the fault-tolerance race and the Testcontainers registry HTTP 500 both occur outside the changed path, so they do not ask for a speculative source patch in this PR. The head is unchanged, so this is a thread follow-up rather than another complete review.
