Thanks, Daniel. I'll keep `[Fix][Core]` for the shared API/core changes. The guard and test locations you listed are present at `5969894235`, including the decrypt round trip. I rechecked the fork and tried dispatching `Build` for this branch: Actions reports enabled and the workflow active, but GitHub returns HTTP 422, `Actions has been disabled for this repository.` Re-enabling the workflow has not made this head runnable.
