@karthik-0306 Nothing new from my side since my last note. The ownership-boundary documentation and the idempotence / re-enable / script-call regression tests you described address both points I raised; I'll confirm them on the PR itself once its Build result is in. Until then, please keep the helper limited to a caller-managed per-user/per-version copy (never a source checkout or shared installation) and hold off on expanding the launcher scope.
