Added the missing DML coverage in `743ed3a06`. It runs the real sink with generated UPDATE/DELETE statements, timestamp keys at all four native precisions, a DST-gap key, an updated timestamp value, and independent SQL checks for the deleted and untouched rows. All 115 DuckDB tests passed. The followup changes only the existing test class; the optional cache/Calendar optimizations remain separate. After merging dev, the full JDBC run had one failure in the already-known `JdbcOptionRuleCompletenessTest` defect addressed by #12875, plus six conditional skips; I have reported that failure rather than calling the whole module green. Root formatting and verify passed. Actions are restored, but remote Build is still pending and the shared dev serialization blocker is tracked in #12929.
