Follow-up on `379efa74e`: - F5: `/update-local-member-tags` now rejects non-string tag values with HTTP 400. The English and Chinese REST docs list this case; the unit and REST E2E tests cover it. Legacy `/update-tags` coercion remains unchanged and is explicitly documented/tested. - F6: the English and Chinese Web UI docs now distinguish an active source's HTTP 400 response from the `No checkpoint found` result after checkpoint cleanup. - F8: replacement screenshots remain a low-priority documentation follow-up; the outdated screenshots were removed earlier. Scoped Spotless and `git diff --check` passed. Functional tests were not run locally under the repository instructions. The current-head `Build` has not run: a manual workflow dispatch on the fork returned HTTP 422, `Actions has been disabled for this repository`.
