Follow-up to the closing note above: the replacement is #13008, with the identical head (`117cf5289a`, 55 files, same commits and authorship), opened from a fork where GitHub Actions can run. Reason for the hand-over: the fork behind this PR (`danielnadean/seatunnel`) has been disabled by GitHub's usage-based fork workflow limit since 2026-09-15 (banner on its Actions page: workflows are not being run on this fork due to the scale of Actions usage). No `Build` run could be created for any head after `a947704bf`, so the required `Build` check stayed at `action_required`, and workflow dispatch on the fork still returns HTTP 422. The review threads here remain the reference; all points are addressed except refreshed screenshots, which #13008 lists as the one open docs follow-up.
