Fixed the current-head CI regression in `4a34e7f40b9`: local clients now receive an advertised endpoint in connection syntax rather than `Address.toString()` display syntax. Hostnames and IPv4 are unbracketed; IPv6 retains brackets and its scope. Existing real command-entry/member/client coverage remains, with exact endpoint-format regressions added. The four prior unit-test lanes failed on the superseded head because `[localhost]:port` could not connect. Scoped formatting and independent source review passed; fresh current-head functional CI remains required.
