Actions are now enabled on my fork, and I pushed a fresh trigger commit [`6d2cdf39`](https://github.com/rwzdk/seatunnel/commit/6d2cdf390de16bb74d11cd595340c913e6807193) for this branch. GitHub still has the head commit's check suite at `action_required` (`repos/apache/seatunnel/commits/6d2cdf39.../check-suites` → suite `110100225093`), and no workflow run has been created, so this is now the first-time-contributor approval gate rather than a fork setting. Could a maintainer approve the `Build` workflow for `6d2cdf39`? Once it runs I will follow up with any real failures.
