Thanks @rwzdk for enabling Actions and starting the existing Build. I checked the current head: the aggregate Build is now SUCCESS. The CI fact cited previously has changed; the earlier missing-workflow/activation guidance is withdrawn. CI was previously the only remaining technical blocker; CI is now passing, so my technical conclusion is clear to proceed to maintainer approval. No further commit or rerun is needed for CI. Daniel has READ permission, so this reply is not an effective APPROVED event. Snapshot 2026-10-30T03:23:54.089990+00:00: head `69f060b4b39adb3122540e8f38cd6590195cad08`; [Signal pull request update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40841090775/job/123852227876) = `SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/123861829158) = `SUCCESS`. Base `dev`; comparison `diverged`, ahead 6, behind 8; merge state `blocked`. Behind/diverged alone is recorded metadata and does not add a sync request. This is an unchanged-head discussion/CI clarification, not a new complete source review, an effective approval or a dismissal of historical requested changes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
