I need to correct my October 30 CI follow-up: saying that CI was the only remaining blocker was incorrect. Sorry for that inconsistency. The head is unchanged from my full review, whose Issue 1 explicitly requires a real JDBC integration case for the generated Unicode-alias/split query. The green Build clears the CI gate only; it does not add that missing test. Please extend the existing JDBC IT with the wildcard-preserving and inserted-column paths, asserting row identity/count and projection. The source implementation itself remains narrowly scoped, and no additional redesign is requested. Checked 2026-10-31T02:59:54.520200+00:00; unchanged head `69f060b4b39adb3122540e8f38cd6590195cad08`. [Signal pull request update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40841090775/job/123852227876)=`SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/123861829158)=`SUCCESS`. This is a discussion/CI clarification, not another full source review or an effective maintainer approval. Daniel has READ repository permission; a write-capable maintainer owns required approval/dismissal. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
