Since GitHub reports a conflict with `dev`, resolving it is the prerequisite for the final approval/queue step either way. The order of re-approval and queueing is the committer's call; my source clearance for head `7b9d94255` is separate from committer approval and queue permissions, so I can't re-approve or enqueue myself. When you rebase: - Keep the resolution limited to the conflict and preserve both migration entries in `incompatible-changes.md`. - Post the new head SHA and a Build link for that head once it is green. - If convenient, a short note that the PR-owned diff is unchanged relative to `7b9d94255` apart from the conflict resolution will make the re-review quick.
