Thanks @nzw921rx for the +1 and the follow-up ping. The coverage discussion is already closed on this unchanged head `a691fb195d` — the named cancel and non-cancel restore tests answer the earlier documentation question, and my existing source-level clearance stands; the Build on this head is `SUCCESS`. Nothing new is being requested from the contributor side: being diverged from `dev` without a merge conflict does not call for a rebase or another source change here. The one remaining step is an effective maintainer approval under branch protection, which needs to be performed by someone with write permission — I cannot issue that effective APPROVED event myself.
