Status on the unchanged head `a691fb195d32381b3a43560eba4586861366a6d8`: - The source-side clearance stands; nothing has changed since the last review of this head. - The coverage discussion is closed: the named cancel and non-cancel restore tests answer the question that was raised. - `Build` is `SUCCESS`, and `Notify test workflow` / `labeler` are both `SUCCESS` as well. - The branch is diverged from `dev` but has no merge conflict, so no rebase, extra commit or CI rerun is being requested from the contributor on that basis alone. - #12623 stays a separate dependent follow-up to land right after this one; it is not a blocker here. Remaining ask: the only open item is the effective maintainer approval/merge under branch protection, which needs a write-capable committer.
