Added the `FROM_UNIXTIME` locale entry to EN/ZH `incompatible-changes.md` in `af865b17a`, placed next to the existing `UNIX_TIMESTAMP` entry. It covers both functions since they share `getFormatter`: `FROM_UNIXTIME` format path (`"Okt"` → `"Oct"`) and `UNIX_TIMESTAMP` parse path (`NULL` → correct epoch) on non-English workers. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
