Thanks for re-checking the workflow configuration. To keep the record
accurate about what I can and cannot run:
- `GET /repos/MindOfqc/seatunnel/actions/permissions` reports
`{"enabled":true,"allowed_actions":"all"}`, and the workflow list shows `Build`
(`.github/workflows/build_main.yml`, id 400087800) as `active`, so the
repository-level setting is on.
- `POST /repos/MindOfqc/seatunnel/actions/workflows/400087800/dispatches`
for both PR branches (`fix/jdbc-unicode-case-expansion`,
`fix/http-jsonpath-dataflip-ragged`) still returns HTTP 422 `Actions has been
disabled for this repository.`
- The run list is unchanged: the most recent runs on both branches are from
2026-10-29, i.e. nothing was created for `4895cefa0` or `4d98b290`.
So the mismatch is account-side rather than a repository toggle, and it
started after those 2026-10-29 runs. A push event would be the normal trigger,
but `4895cefa0` is already the head and I have no source change left to make,
so I am not adding an empty commit or touching unrelated workflows. If someone
with write access can run the current-head Build for this PR, I will report the
result here; otherwise CI execution for the MySQL IT stays unproven from my
side.
