Thanks for the review. I have pushed `d02faff70` with the Zeta follow-up. The changes drain pending lifecycle events in order, bound metric collection and job-provided delivery budgets, isolate ordinary lineage-extractor failures, propagate `VirtualMachineError`, and prevent lineage options from appearing in `EngineConfig.toString()`. I also updated the deployment and migration documentation and added regression coverage. Heartbeats are throttled based on delivery attempts; this does not claim confirmed HTTP delivery. Event delivery remains best effort under overload or shutdown. Locally, the full reactor `verify` completed with tests skipped, followed by 23 focused tests with no failures, errors, or skips. Earlier focused validation also included the local engine integration tests. The PR currently has conflicts in the English and Chinese incompatible-change notes against the latest `dev`.
