Thanks for the review. I have synced this branch with `dev` and resolved the
conflicts in the English and Chinese incompatible-change notes, retaining both
the upstream entries and this PR's OpenLineage migration guidance. The current
head is `ca7867c58`; GitHub now reports it as mergeable.

The Zeta follow-up addresses lifecycle event ordering, metric collection and
delivery budget limits, lineage-extractor failure isolation, and credential
handling. Heartbeats are throttled based on delivery attempts; event delivery
remains best effort.

After the sync, 26 focused configuration and Markdown tests passed locally
with no failures, errors, or skips. The current-head fork
[Build](https://github.com/88fantasy/seatunnel/actions/runs/41311813875) is
queued; its result is still pending. A maintainer approval is also required.

@nzw921rx Could you please review the Zeta integration and, once CI is green
and the required approval is in place, consider it for merge? This PR
implements #12205 as part of #12207 and builds on the shared lineage foundation
in #12208. The Flink integration is tracked separately in #12210. Thank you for
your time.
