Unfortunately I have never worked with the RSS feeds and I cannot help you
with this. I don't even know if what you are asking for is currently
supported or not. I can, however, point you to the documentation available:

Maybe other users can help you with this. I'm sorry I can not.

And, if I decide to merge them into a single composition?  Can Matterhorn

In other words, there is currently no side-by-side operation in Matterhorn,
but we'll hopefully have one soon. You can use video editing applications
to mix the resulting files (you can download these from Matterhorn easily),
but I don't know if there's any way to include that processed file back in
the corresponding Mediapackage.

I'm sorry that I can't think of a better solution.
