Philip,

  I believe you are looking at the 1/3 height Quantum Prodrive which indeed runs at
6 watts, but the SE/30 originally shipped with a 2/3 height ProDrive - The Quantum
80S and the 40S which are both rated at 8 watts.  The 1/3 height drives were labeled
ProDrive LPS whereas the 2/3 height drives were just labeled ProDrive.  I have all
four drives sitting on my bench, labeled as to which Mac they were pulled from and
when.  My SE/30, which I purchased new, originally held one of these 40S ProDrives.
