Oops, I didn't mean to send that yet... looks like my finger slipped.

I checked out the faq and am working on getting the necessary tools to open
up the case.  I'll post more questions as I have them, but in the meantime,
feel free to mail unsolicited advice if you think it'll help a complete
newbie!
