Are you using the original Apple HD SC Setup or a patched one? You can find
HD SC Setup version 7.3.5 already patched in my FTP site:

ftp://grijan.cjb.net:21000/Macintosh/Software/Utilities/hd_scsetup_735(patched).sea.bin

Good luck!
