Re: 500 MEG HARDDRIVE

I knew this was an issue before I started, but I was hoping to over-come 
this problem with a creative mounting setup or something. The 512 meg 
drive I put in is a double height drive so needless to say, it is too 
big to fit. I tried several different ways to fit it in there and in 
each case it was too close to the back of the screen. The last position 
was the absolute best it could be, and it was still too close to the screen.

I am going to have to get a drive, if I want to continue playing with 
this thing. a drive out on my desk and a computer with no cover isn't 
very neat looking... That drive, though very nice, is quite loud, and 
runs hot anyway....  There is no room in thie mac for the drive much 
less a cooler for it.....  Anyone got a drive less than a gig they want 
to part with? 100, 200, 500 or 600 meg would be nice....  but I wouldn't 
want a gig it would never be close to full in this thing....  I also 
need a keyboard and mouse. I am using a borrowed set right now...
