There are some software for the PC that allows you to read/write Macintosh disks and
disk images. TransMac lets you to access Mac floppys, HFS hard disk partitions and
the Macintosh-specific part of the "dual" CD-ROMs. That's the utlity I use to copy
software to my Classic.

On the other hand, the free HFV Explorer lets you to "open" HFV disk images (like the
hard disk images used by Basilisk II, Executor and other Macintosh emulators). Then,
you can copy files from the HFV disk image to the PC's hard disk, or from the PC's
hard disk to the HFV disk image - that way, you can put files right into Basilisk II.

And I have read that the latest versions of Basilisk II allows you to "mount" the
PC's drives right into the Macintosh desktop. That way, you can use the Finder to
copy files to Basilisk's hard disk or to a HFS floppy disk, or open them directly.
This requires that you install System 7 or better inside Basilisk II. I don't know
how to activate this option, because I haven't used it.
