Yup. Very nice. A Lapis Color Card. Lets you hook a CGA monitor to your Mac.
Your CGA stuff should be in color.

A CGA monitor is a pre-VGA nine-pin monitor like you found on the Commodore
Amigas, the Tandy Color Computers, etc.
