I've seen that some modifications (software, hardware or both) are required to do the Mystic upgrade, but this looks like it should be a simple swap.

Good to know. I've also got a line on a 575 board, in case I decide to go Mystic, but the 550 should hold me for now.
Some of the surgery that people do to these Color Classics is really impressive. I'll take this one step at a time...
