I once went ballistic with the person who wrote the macfaq because of his habit of holding newbies at arms length by NOT answering their questions directly. In this list you may once have been a newbie, Darren. Because you may have become discouraged, we didn't shove a faq in your face when you had questions that needed a human answer. That would be ALL OF THEM, sir. I make the point now, as I did then. You don't own the list. I prefer we answer questions on this list. The list's owner made it as a facilitative vehicle for new users. The loss of revenue from the lack of attendance should not be something you want to be responsible for.
