A little while ago I tried upgrading the HD in my SE from the 20Meg I got it
with- to a 500Meg drive I had sitting around. I got the little guy apart OK,
but when I tried putting in the new drive I realized that the mounting holes
in the drive didn't match the ones in the bracket (it was off by a couple of
mm).

?????

At the time I just shrugged and put the whole thing back together... Now I'm
itching to try again. Do I need to drill the bracket to make this work? Or
is there a kludge that will do the job?

TIA,
