Hi listers, the question surely is not compacts-specific but the answer could make working with a compact in this non-compact world a lot easier: Does anybody know about an eMail client that can do "authenticated SMPT"? I love my Eudora 3.1.3, I use it dayly even on my main machine (G4/9.2.2), but it can't do ASMTP, and that's a pity because it forces me to use free accounts like Freenet or GMX (sorry, I'm in Germany, but there must be similar problems elsewhere) with a browser, which precludes writing and reconsidering stuff offline and opening the connection only when everything's really ready to be sent. On a Compact, the problem is aggravated by the lack of speed, which in turn reflects in cost for online time. So, if there is a suited piece of software out there, please help!
