The interesting thing thing about this bug is, on my Razer mouse I have a hardware toggle switch on the bottom to switch between 125hz and 1000hz polling options. If I switch to 1000hz (which is my usual) I get the large window skipping problems when dragging them. When I switch to 125hz it's perfectly smooth. Neither setting seems to correct glxgears running at a seemingly VERY low FPS and still reporting very high frame rates.
