Hey everyone, I had no success using the sync to vblank, but have had success with the mouse polling. In windows I set my Razer mouse to 125hz, and the window slowness went away. There is an option in the compiz settings manager for mouse polling. I went in there, changed it to 2 (500hz), went into windows, changed my mouse back to 500 and voila, it still works.
