Should I change the CGOS komi to 6.5?

It seems like just a few months ago people were trying to make a case that
7.5 is too low - but perhaps I'm remembering this incorrectly?

It's it pretty clear that 6.5 is better I could change it in CGOS. I
can also take a few minutes to calculate the win percentage for each color.
