Frankly, I can't figure it out. :-( Maybe it should be available when I click "TOC" in the Navigation section, but literally nothing happens at that point, the page doesn't change or anything. (Both in Firefox and Chrome.) (Still, I think my point stands - "ICGA journal" google query will bring the original page http://ticc.uvt.nl/icga/journal/ with old "Latest Issue" as the first result to me and nothing on it indicates to me that I should look further.)
