Hi, I agree that the presentation of the ICGA Journal on the web is currently suboptimal. The main reason is that recently the Journal office - following its boss Prof. Jaap van den Herik - has moved from Tilburg University to Leiden University.
> I can’t get the TOC there either. You get it this way: in the black bar you go on "ICGA Journal" with your mouse pointer. Something opens. And in that list you go on TOC with the mouse pointer. On the right side of TOC three names "June 2013" ... appear. When you click on one of them a pdf with the content of that issue opens. Sorry for the inconveniences.
