Along these lines, here are some considerations  for anyone buying a GPS:

1.  Are there choices of what voice to use?  If not, you may get stuck with
a voice you find really annoying.

2.  How well does it allow you to set your route?  Is it just the end point,
in which case if you take a different route than it wants, it may be telling
you to get back on the route for a long time.
