You have only yourself to blame. Using an cable or telco for email is 
just asking for trouble. Managing servers is not something they know how 
to do. You would be far better off with gmail, yahoo, or even hotmail. Or 
spend $5/month with pair or 1and1 or 100s of other knowledgeable 
providers.
