unable to run virus scans with either Norton or AVG, my first thought
is that it's a virus already in the computer preventing it. Did you

AVG made it run very slow, even for a PIII-933.
As for online virus scans, Kapersky wanted me to buy the program, just
to see the results. I am running Bit Defender but, I don't have much
hope that, it won't say the same thing about, having to buy the program,
to see the results.
