I auto copy a lot of mail to other people based on simple filters, one of which could look for a specific tag. Relatively simple to do in Gmail, but I bet you need the premium Yahoo mail to do it.
Trying to get a desktop client to do it wouldn't really work, as the outgoing mail would be from _you_ instead of from the original sender.
