Apparently, it *doesn't* work very well. Not any more. Win 98 and ME did things differently than does XP. I may be mistaken, but XP doesn't have the resource "heaps" that 08 and ME had, so Organizer may be looking for something that no longer exists.
I don't know what Microsoft did for backwards compatibility when it moved Win2K and XP, but you might be running into some limitation. Your only hope would be to move to a new program, or set an older computer aside with ME on it and use that just to run Organizer.
