All of my programs and data are backed up too. Commercial programs that have serial numbers to enter and special setups, can't be restored fully from a backup if you do a clean OS install. Those programs have to be reinstalled separately from installer disks or disk images. Backup from a clone only works when you're not installing the OS separately.
