Who said you should? I'm just enjoying a really exciting innovation. Maybe I'll buy v1, maybe I'll wait for v2, but at the $499 price the purchase is not that hard to consider.
I thought you said at one time not so long ago that you still run, what was it, a G3? WTF?
I retired all my G3s when the Tiger OS arrived. It just was not worth the trouble. Yes, I know enough about hardware to keep it ticking for a very long time, but I do know when its time has come. I still have a few G4s in service, but they will soon be sent to the recycle bin.
