Well, I'm no expert (I don't even play one on TV), but no one on the list called me an idiot (at least. . .not on the list :-), so it can't be *that* bad advise.
I'm just sayin', if it was me, just for the peace of mind, I'd go ahead and do the nasty. You gotta weigh the peace-of-mind vs. time-and-effort equation.
Windows Defender which didn't find anything. Are you supposed to delete the infected files in the AVG vault or does it matter?
