Testing is always good, so just go ahead and post your results ;-)
I have started to test affa 3 for SME, specifically version 3.2.2-1 (look into
the header of the script), and it seems to work as expected for backups.
However there are a few caveats. I started my test activities with version
3.2.2.0-0 and had problems. I moved over to the later version and still had
problems due to faulty formatting of file sizes, see this threat below.
Start from scratch using a clean machine, and I would assume you will be happy.
Personally I would be interested whether better to start using SME 9.0 instead
of 8.1.
I will proceed with my activities, but currently my time for doing this is
limited.
