Just had occasion to remove a domain from my SME 9.2 server this afternoon,
using the server manager. After removing the panel, a check of domains.txt
showed that the domain was still present. "db domains show domainname"
confirmed that the domain was completely removed from the config database, and
"signal-event console-save" did rebuild the domains.txt file without the
removed domain.
