There is (and never has been) any link between server-manager actions and
letsencrypt.
Note you would have the same issue adding a domain - it would not register with
letsencrypt.
Needs a better man than me to write something to do this, including a panel to
manage letsencrypt certs.
This should really be a NFR/moved to future
