Well, yes, ideally there'd be a server-manager panel for handling certs, but
that's definitely a NFR (and one that I think is already outstanding).  But to
trigger expanding the domains.txt template when a domain (or a hostname) is
added or removed doesn't seem like it would be that difficult, and it seems
like that's all that would be required.

/etc/e-smith/events/{domain-create|domain-delete|host-create|host-delete}/templates2expand/etc/dehydrated/domains.txt
should be all that's necessary.  This is the same as is already done at
/etc/e-smith/events/console-save/templates2expand/etc/dehydrated/domains.txt.

I was initially thinking it'd only be necessary when a domain or hostname is
deleted, but if letsencrypt/configure is set to all, domains, or hosts, adding
a domain or hostname should also result in domains.txt being updated.
