Regrettably it is a slippery slope.
Running it on delete would be fairly easy, but then we would get asked about
create, and then a single host or domain and 3 hosts and and and ...
Ideally all this should be handled in one panel, or possibly with the
hosts/domains panel. I would have done it had I the knowledge or skills.
